Well, yesterday was very low calories/carbs and still didn’t lose any weight. It’s getting tough. Either way, full speed ahead into day 12!

Day 12 Weigh-In: 197.8 (down 6 pounds)

Christmas party tonight, going to try to eat lunch and have a beer or two at the party. I underestimated how difficult it would be to do this in the weeks leading up to Christmas. The holiday starts before Christmas. Here we go…

Meal #1 – Lunch

Time 2:00 p.m.

Hot dog burritos (say what?) w/ chili sauce, cheddar, mustard

Pork rinds – 1 serving

Alright, so you’ve probably never had hot dog burritos. Neither have I. Here is the nutritional information that shows all of the information on what they consist of.

Net carbs: 24

That’s a lot of net carbs for one day. I switched things up and the expense was too many net carbs. Needed a chance of pace today. Not gonna say it was a great meal, but it was something different. Check it out.

Meal #2 – Dinner

Time: 10:00 p.m.

The dreaded late night snack. I went for 1/4 of a fathead pizza. 6 net carbs. My worst day so far, but I didn’t drink at the Christmas party or eat. Could have been much worse.

Net carbs for the meal: 6

Total net carbs on the day: 31

Not my best day but we made it. 6 net carbs over. Ate very late. Anxious to see where the weigh-in goes.
