Alright, we’re rocking and rolling. Feeling very good today. Going into day 3 we have some serious momentum.
Day 3 Weigh-In: 201.2 pounds (Down 2.6 pounds)
Alright, 2.6 pounds in two days, things are going great. I did have some celery there, so I did get some vegetables.
Today my first meal came kind of early, so my window of eating is probably going to be more than four hours. Many shoot for six or even eight hours when doing intermittent fasting.
Alright, here we go.
Lunch – Meal #1
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Antipasto salad at Colasessano’s Restaurant w/ creamy Italian dressing
3 buffalo wings hot (Also from Colasessano’s)

Colasessano’s is a local restaurant that is so good. The pizza and sandwiches are to die for, but obviously not an option for me today. I was offered by someone to go with them, so took them up on it.
Meals like this are tricky. You don’t know exactly what is going on behind the curtains. The dressing was sweet so it did have some carbs. The wing sauce may have had some sugar. I think what I chose from MyFitnessPal was pretty accurate.
16 net carbs is pretty high for lunch. We are going to have our work cut out for us when it comes to dinner. Chicken thights, avocado, cauliflowers would probably keep us under 25. Might end up in the high 20’s today and crack 25, but we’ll see.

Dinner – Meal #2
Meal time: 6 p.m.
12 oz. skinless boneless chicken thighs
2 cups mashed cauliflower (with 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp sour cream, 1/3 cup of shredded sharp cheese, 1 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, 1 teaspoon Great Value Southwestern spicy mustard)
Net carbs: 10
Total net carbs: 26
Missed it by one! After that carb loaded salad for lunch we were stacked up against it. Here is the usual terrible photo of my food.
I have wanted to try the mashed cauliflower for so long. Finally on board. While it’s not really like mashed potatoes, it was good. Especially with the cream cheese and shredded cheddar. I ate a whole lot of them (two carbs). This was a MASSIVE meal for just ten carbs.
I’ll be back in a bit to report my workout results.
My workout didn’t register on my Fitbit. Did the 12 minute Red Hot Core 2.0 from DDP Yoga. I remember the Fitbit saying I burned about 150 calories. Sorry I didn’t get the info as usual, maybe if I re-sync in the morning it will be fine.
