Alright, stuck at the same weight for two days. No big deal. This happens. I ate a lot and I ate late. My workout was light compared to usual. We will 100% get back on track today and drop some weight on day 4. Updates coming when I eat my first meal. NO IDEA what I eat or when.
Day 4 Weigh-In: 201.2
Going into today with the plan of eating one large meal. We’ll see how it goes.
Lunch – Meal #1
Time: 2:30 p.m.
Fatheads Pizza w/ pepperoni, taco meat and peppers
Mashed garlic califlower
1/4 cup taco meat
So actually I ate 1/4 lb. of taco meat altogether. It was leftover and needed eaten. I put some on my pizza and put some in a bowl next to mashed cauliflower and ate it as a said. You know those people who are afraid of letting their food touch? They’re idiots.
My goal was to eat all of the food at once for the vaunted one meal a day. Well that didn’t work out. I ate 3/4 of the pizza. The rest of the pizza will probably be a 5:30 snack.
If you’ve never had fatheads pizza, what are you waiting for? You need to try it like TODAY. It involves almond flour and is terrific.
Lots of ingredients today. Keep in mind this nutrition is for the entire pizza. So I am at 25 net carbs exactly on the day. I can’t eat anything else other than the rest of the pizza. Won’t be a problem though, I am very full and the 1/4 of one of these pizzas is a very filling snack.

Don’t judge me by my photo. And I make the pizza free-handed on a pizza stone, so it’s a terrible looking pie. But trust me, it’s delicious.
Dinner – Meal #2
As it turned out, I simply finished the rest of my pizza. The total carb count stands at 25 net carbs on the day as the entire pizza was counted in the nutritional count above.

All we have left on the day is a little workout and I will be back to report that shortly. Feeling very full even a couple hours after that snack and look forward to getting my workout in.
