The Zalads at Zaxby’s are an awesome option for keto dieters. Keep in mind, these salads are without croutons, fried onions or toast. And with the Ranchero Salad it means no black beans, corn or tortilla. Here are the number of net carbs in the salads:

- Caesar Zalad w/ grilled chicken – 10 net carbs (you can drop it to 6 net carbs if you remove the parmesan cheese)

Zaxby’s has some serious options for those of us on the keto diet! If you are sick of bunless sandwiches, then this is a great place to check out. One of my favorites is the naked traditional wings and dipping it in the tongue torch sauce. If you dip the wings instead of drowning your wings in it, that reduces the amount. You can easily get by with 1 oz. of sauce and have a very filling meal for just 6 net carbs.
