What is intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is when you eat all of your food during a certain window of time during your day. For instance, you only eat during an eight-hour window. So you would eat all of your meals between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. I’m no doctor, but I find that you need to tighten it up for much less than eight hours. For instance, if you are able to eat just one meal a day, that is going to really optimize how successful your keto diet is.
