Pizza is something that is sorely missed by people on keto. As we shows you earlier, not even Pizza Hut has low carb pizz options. If you’ve had Fatheads Pizza crust, this is very different than that.
- 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 1 pinch oregano
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
Sprinkle the cheese (save a bit for the topping) into a small non-stick pan, or onto parchment paper. Top with the sauce, more cheese and pepperoni or any topping you’d like (unless it’s a very watery ingredient) and bake it at 400 degrees until the cheese is bubbling and the edges are golden brown before letting it cool a bit to allow the cheese to set.
The reason I created this recipe is because I am not wild about Fathead’s pizza crust. This is very different and while it is also very different from the pizza you are accustomed to before keto, it is still a delicious recipe.

Pizza is one thing that is extremely hard to replace when you are on the keto diet. Hopefully these recipes do the job and help you take care of that hankering for pizza.
