Now the weight is dropping and we are on track. Lost most of another pound, ate very low carbs, am in the middle of a nice, long fast and got a good workout in. Excited for day 10!

No idea what we’re going to eat today. My parents offered some leftover meatloaf so that could be one meal. Stay tuned!

Alright, well that was a simple day. 20 net carbs, very low calories. I feel like I should be hungry. One of the strengths of the ketogenic diet is your appetite is greatly reduced. A day like this really proves it.
No time to workout today. Will get back at it tomorrow. Basically we are working out 5 days a week, not what I hoped for, but still not bad. Tomorrow is definitely a day where there will be a workout.
Really hoping to push forward and lose 10 pounds in the 14 day challenge. Need to get 4.2 pounds in the next 4 days. Either way I am down almost six pounds and certainly making a difference toward where I want to be for the holidays. Gotta say, pounds are coming off much more difficult than they were when I weighed 220 to 230. I guess that’s a good problem to have, right?
