Another solid day with a slight weight loss. Still trending in the right direction. Had a serious hankering for carbs yesterday but fought it off! Let’s rock with day 11!
Day 11 Weigh-In: 197.8 (down 6.0 pounds)
Gonna be on the go today so should be some interesting meals. Going to group breakfast and lunch together on the first MyFitnessPal report since all I had for breakfast was bulletproof coffee.

Meal #2 – Lunch
Time: 1:30 p.m.

Let’s take a look at the numbers.
Net carbs on the day: 12
Not too bad. Not hungry right now and it’s 6 p.m. so let’s see if I can hang on and call this a day. Time will tell! Might just grab a snack.
Have an appointment in the evening so not sure if I can get a workout in, but I will try my best.
Well, that’s the day. 12 total net carbs, 1,040 calories. Would have been nice to get some exercise, but either way should drop more weight at the weigh-in tomorrow morning.
