Not sure what’s going on, but I weigh the same three days in a row. Maybe I’m building muscle! When it’s all said and done I’ll be able to look back and analyze what went wrong.
Day 5 Weigh-In: 201.2
Gonna be an interesting day. I have a Christmas party. Might put off all meals into that and have hopes of eating just chicken wings, since it’s at a sports bar. Or might eat before I go. And drink straight vodka. That could be lethal though. I have some options, right?
Going to get a coffee to bridge my time until my first meal.
Lunch – Meal #1
Meal time: 3:30 p.m.
4 slices of Great value hickory smoked bacon
4 large eggs – Great Value
Coffee w/ heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp olive oil
That’s as keto as it gets. 660 calories and 3 carbs.
Net carbs: 3
Not sure when to expect my next updates. Might be late this evening or early tomorrow. Oh and I used a previous photo of bacon and eggs, because how many bacon and eggs photos do you need? Just ignore the avocado and pretend there is another egg and strip of bacon. If you close your eyes you can do it.
Alright, for dinner I went to a work Christmas party. Had four Miller Lite bottles and 7 chicken wings. That’s about as good as I am going to do in that situation. I took no photos of my wings though!

Due to being at a Christmas party until late I did not work out. You know what else I didn’t do? Eat french fries or drink 12 beers and a bunch of fruity shots. So let’s call it a win.
