Alright, finally got off of that same weight. Today is going to be loaded with football, basketball and low carb/high fat food. Let Day 6 begin…
Day 6 Weigh In: 200.4
Looking at a possible option of one meal a day. Thinking maybe a rotisserie chicken with green beans or cabbage. Been absolutely destroying chicken wings. Need something new. Stay tuned. I’ll be back in a bit with my first meal update.
Meal #1 – Lunch
Pepperoni and peppers pizza on Mission low-carb tortilla shell
Tablespoon of almond butter
This is a GREAT snack. You just get the Mission low carb wraps throw the toppings on there and put it in the oven for ten minutes at 400 degrees. Boom!
Net carbs – 10
Meal #2 – Dinner
1/2 Rotisserie chicken
Low carb nacho grande (pork rinds, 2 hot dogs, chili sauce, cheddar)
What a crazy dish, right? Redneck nacho grande. Not too bad!
Net carbs: 11
Total net carbs on the day: 21
