Alright, today we are doing one meal. Time to get locked in and make sure the low carb/intermittent fasting dominates.

7 Hot wings from Wings Ole
10 oz. ribeye steak
6 Cocktail shrimp
Side salad w/ oil and vinegar dressing

What a great day! I don’t work out on NFL Sundays, but what a great day to get things back on track. Look forward to have the ball rolling when coming off of the weekend.
