A slight drop in weight. It was only a small amount because I weighed myself much earlier. Trust me when I say I am in ketosis. Feel very energized, despite sleeping less. Feel very sharp. Things are looking up from here. Day 9, let’s rock!

Most Tuesdays my one meal a day is Buffalo Wild Wings. Thinking that’s going to be the case. I don’t want to let the Bdubs employees down. What kind of wing sauce will I go with today? Hmmm.
Alright, here we go, one meal today:
Meal #1 – Only Meal of the Day!
2 Sheetz coffees w/ heavy cream
1 extra-large coffee from Dunkin Donuts w/ 2 creams
18 wings from Buffalo Wild Wings (6 hot, 6 hot bbq and 6 desert heat)
3 oz. bleu cheese from Buffalo Wild Wings
2 orders of celery
Net carbs on the day: 14

That’s what I call a meal. Intermittent fasting and keto at its finest. What other diet allows you to do something like this? None of them.
