I understand you can be a bit sketchy on prepackaged foods that claim to be “healthy.” Over the next few weeks I am going to be doing a lot of research on these snack bars. Being able to grab a keto snack bar out of your bag is such an advantage when you are on the go.

It’s good to be skeptical, but I am very hopeful about these. They were designed by Dr. Anthony Gusin after 14 attempts. He monitored his own blood glucose levels to perfect the process.
The Keto Bars give you 19 g of fat, 10g of protein and 3g of net carbs.
The main ingredients are:
- Almond and cacao butter (not peanuts)
- Coconut oil (for the MCT’s)
- Collagen (for the soft-tissue recovery)
- And a touch of sea salt and stevia
