If you are a keto dieter you probably get a heavy dosage of eggs. Whether you are eating them scrambled, fried or part of a recipe, you are probably getting them. We’re going to help you out with some quick keto breakfasts without eggs.
You might be shocked to learn that there is keto granola out there. You may be even more shocked to learn how delicious it is. This contains just three grams of net carbs! Get a bag today and added a very easy, low carb breakfast item.
You might find this a bit pricey, but when you think about all of the freaking ingredients that go in keto waffles or pancakes, it’s not that bad of a price. These have 11 net carbs per serving and are very good. On top of that, you can be having pancakes in just a few minutes instead of one of the 15 ingredient concoctions you may have found on Pinterest.
This is some good stuff. I tried this on a friend recommending it to me and I’m very thankful for that recommendation. It’s also kind of pricey but it really makes mornings easier when you can have an instant breakfast with 2 net carbs.
Leftover Dinner for Breakfast
Technically this isn’t a breakfast idea, but it kind of is. If you make a little extra food for dinner a couple times a week, that does a great job of breaking up the redundancy of eggs and the traditional breakfast.
Make Lunch Your First Meal
This is also not a breakfast idea, but this is something I do a few times a week. While on the ketogenic diet it is much easier to push meals back a few hours. Make sure you still get all of your daily nutrition in, but it’s okay to push breakfast back into lunch and just eat more than you normally would for lunch. That’s a move straight from my playbook.
Another benefit of pushing your breakfast back until lunch is it could result in intermittent fasting. There are many benefits that come with intermittent fasting, so this is definitely something worth looking into.
