Is it all hype or is Keto Chow the real deal? Read on for an honest review about this meal replacement for anyone who is looking for something quick and convenient to add to their diet.
So I decided to take it on and try taking it as my lunch for a week. So what exactly is Keto Chow? It’s a powdered drink mix. You simply combine it with heavy cream, oil and water and it turns into a very well-balanced and super keto-friendly meal replacement. If you wanted to take things a step further you could live off of these drinks. It’s been compared to a “melted milk shake” but if you crave something closer to an actual milk shake you can add some ice in a blender and do just that.
To sum things up, it’s a keto meal replacement that is jammed full of electrolytes and nutrients. Many who are just getting started on the ketogenic diet have reported that they did not get the keto flu when Keto Chow was a part of their diet. It’s hard for me to say whether or not this is true as I was already in ketosis when I started trying these.
Here is the nutritional information:
How do you make Keto Chow?
It’s very easy. Put it in a blender bottle with heavy whipping cream, MCT oil and water. If you put it in the bottle and leave it in the refrigerator over night, it gets thicker and tastier, so that’s highly recommended.
Why do I love Keto Chow?
While on the keto diet, I have been constantly looking for a quick meal solution while I’m at work. I’ve tried many different things, not having much success with any. A protein shake is passable, if need be, but not a solution. Finally with Keto Chow I have finally found something I can take to work 2-3 days a week and be the only thing I eat. How awesome is that!?
