Vinny Gudagnino of Jersey Shore, the “Keto Guideo” recently shed 50 pounds by following the keto diet. He used his Instagram to show off what he’s been eating. And if you are familiar with the keto diet you won’t be surprised to learn that he is eating a ton of meat.

If you start going through his Instagram feed you’ll see photos of steak, bacon and all of the other foods that keep the reality star slim. One photo includes the caption: “I try to have organic vegetables,” he said. “I’m not going to lie; I’m kind of lazy, so I look for the organic frozen ones. You don’t have to worry about some weird guy sneezing on it in the grocery store.” What a great excuse to buy frozen veggies!
While it’s obviously tough for the proud Italian to swear off pasta, there is still some Italian foods he can enjoy. Some of those include olives, garlic and pickles. He swears by pickles.
While the Keto Guido does enjoy bacon, he busts the myth that people on keto only eat bacon. “Everyone thinks Keto people eat bacon all day,” he says. “Three little pieces with my eggs, I’m good.”

Some celebrities are super into the keto diet while others think it’s dumb. For many people it gives them the opportunity to indulge in the foods they love that wouldn’t be an option in any other diet. For others, well they had a tough life anyway if they don’t like steak, bacon and sausage.
